This project in Annandale comprised of 10 meters of double row pickets, a gate, a window grill and a security door. The pickets are fixed into newly cored holes in the hob. The horizontal rails have holes for the pickets to pass through, and are supported by pins in the necks of the pickets. The fence is entirely assemble in situ, which is technically demanding and faithful to the original heritage fencing in the area.
The gate features scroll work and a cast acorn detail along the top rail. and pickets above the middle rail.
We designed the window grill and security door around the Victorian nature of the palisading.
The fencing is epoxy zinc primed and then hand painted after installation on site.
